Recently we have started manufacturing crotchet elastic tapes as well. Crotchet is a process of creating textile by using a crotchet hook to interlock yarns. Instead of the usual latex or rubber yarn which is used in making crotchet elastic, we use high quality spandex yarn which is highly durable, soft, strong and is of superior quality.

There are various applications of crotchet elastic such as mask ear loop, and various other in the garment industry. We can design it in any way such as patterned elastic, strips or any other shape as per customers’ demands We offer customized dying option based on the colour of the garment or the product on which it will be used.

Currently we develop crotchet elastic in sizes which vary from 3mm to 30mm.

We are pioneers in the country, to have started the production of fold-over or folding elastic tapes. Our folding elastic series comes in a wide variety of designs and width, with even customizable options available. It is easily foldable from the middle and is very good option for leg elastic, applications in the intimate wear. We can dye the tape in any colour as per requirement to match the base colour of the garment of our customers.

We have a range of micro elastic tape ranging from 13mm-38mm in width.

We manufacture high quality jacquard tapes which is also known as Name tapes.

It is used in ladies garments. With the help of our latest machines we can weave the name, brand or any requirement of the customer directly on the tape. It is very attractive and it acts as a promotion strategy for our customers.

With the help of our team we can develop any logo or design which is as per the requirements of the customers.

The various sizes in which the jacquard tape is available is 16mm-30mm.

Frill elastic enhances the look of a normal elastic tape.

We manufacture a range of frill elastics which are very attractive. We develop these as per the requirements of the customers and we can dye it as per customer’s preference. We even have a few standard designs available.

We also provide dori elastic which is used in slips. The standard size for this is 5mm.

It is available in different sizes which ranges from 08mm to 25mm.

We are the only firm in this country that has a wide range of micro elastic tapes.

Micro elastic is made with the help of special micro yarn and a blend of other yarn, and is then carefully processed in our manufacturing unit.

The main characteristic of our micro elastic tapes is the smoothness and the softness of the tape. While maintaining the elasticity, this tape has a seamless look on it which make it all the more attractive.

It is widely used in seamless garments and ladies undergarments where finish and softness of the elastic is of utmost importance.

We have a range of micro elastics with different widths ranging from 10mm to 18mm.

Rotary printing is another value addition that we provide to continuously upgrade ourselves. We have the latest technology which can print colours up to 3 colours in any design as per customers demand. We constantly try and upgrade ourselves to provide the best package to our customers by providing great value addition at lower costs.

With rotary printing we help provide a good printing option to our customers which makes the elastic more attractive while maintaining the characteristics of the elastic tape.

We even perform rotary printing on customers’ elastic as per their individual requirements as well.

We manufacture a wide range of shoulder tapes which comes in a wide variety of designs. These tapes are produced using high quality nylon yarn which is mixed with spandex which increases the longevity of the garment and makes it comfortable. These are used in ladies intimate wear and other garment products.

Silicone coating elastic and dot elastics is a value addition that we provide to our customers. Silicone provides an additional gripping and anti-slip performance to our elastics. It is used in waistbands and straps to keep the garments in place.

These are used in the ladies intimate wear, medical & orthopaedic, trouser inner lining, bedsheets and other textile related applications. as it provides a superior grip to the users. The number of silicone tracks, depth, grip and shape required can be customized as per customer’s specification. Our silicone is available in straight line as well as zig zag shape.

We can also develop silicone coating on the customer’s elastics as per their requirements.

Apart from providing silicone coating we also provide silicone printing options. In silicone printing we can print any design and even logo and provide a 3D look to it by adding silicone coating. This enhances the beauty of the elastic as the designs are customized and the coating provides a better feel and texture to it.

Silicone printing helps in providing a better grip to the customers while retaining the elegance of the original tape. We can perform silicone printing on the customer’s elastic as well.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

In line with our mission to continuously develop new products and offer better elastics to our customers, we have developed special range of woven fabric from polyester yarn for sublimation printing. It is very attractive as the ink is infused in the fibers which gives it a whole new texture and feel. It is custom made for waistbands, fold over elastics and shoulder tapes.

This is entirely customizable as per the requirements of the customers and we can print any design in any colour that the customer require.
